Another new product coming.....with lots of hype I expect.

From the gotvapes thread (where I keep checking to see if the Phoenix has been released)

"the VISION EGO STRADUST changed the landscape of vaping, the VIVI NOVA will take that and then turn the world upside down one more time. FOLKS BEING prepared isnt being prepared enough, ITS COMING.

He's gone Daisy. He sent me a PM, and he's gone not only from this thread, but ECF; and states that he will not be back.

Wow! When he said 'moving on' I thought the issue was put to rest and he meant let's move forward. I didn't get the impression anyone was going to continue talking 'bout things that were troublesome to him. After he made it known it troubled him, it was just some people expressing their mind, not continuing the unsettling topic. I'm kind of sorry I posted the picture of deer in my backyard that lead up to this. I could see him leaving the thread if the conversation that upset him continued but it didn't. His 'style' drew me to this thread - his contribution will be missed.

I will miss him too he is a good guy and I enjoyed his input. I don't know if more was going on behind the scene but I was surprised it caused him to leave ecf over what was posted on this thread. This sort of thing happens in lots of the threads but I thought we were the mature ones that can live and let live inspite our differences. There are still alot of good people on here and it has been very enjoyable for me to socialize with you all so I hope we continue on!

I have an Inferno 900mAh PT battery that gets pretty warm while charging....it gets charged in a paint can situated within a clear radius of 10' in the garage. I almost trust it now after 5 or 6 cycles without incident but Norma will be leaving that one behind during her trip back to Indiana. Note that Inferno batteries are "tweaked" to 3.7V and they give a lot of life to 510 3.3V stuff.

Everytime I have heard of a battery getting warm during charging - it was replaced.

Really all pretty basic stuff. The one thing that I would point out is that, like most, I only have one sweet spot, but I can find that sweet spot with about any PV that you want to name. It's just a matter of finding which atty/carto and juice formula works on any given PV.

Yeah, while I have nothing near any of the selections I have seen displayed - I learned quick that different PV's vape different juices in different ways. Some are better lower and others are better at high volts etc... At first I tried to adjust my DIY, which I may still do a little, but mostly I just grab the PV that goes best with what I want to vape...

Hi all,
Smoked most of my adult life. Started vaping last July and haven't had an analog (Marlboro Reds) since. I turned 60 last October. Since I quit analogs my lungs are much clearer and my stamina has returned. I am lucky enough to have a pool and do 40 lengths a day.
Love the ECF, try to contribute when I can and have met some great vapers. Subscribe to GrimmGreen reviews and Pbusardo with his golf cart reviews. I also identify highly Michael, aka cozconn.
I started on a kr-808 kit but now vape with a KGO and Silver Bullet. Saving up for a Provari and a Kick (if they ever get back in stock). I gave my kr808 kit to a friend who has also stopped smoking because of it. I feel good about that. Keep on vaping!

Welcome to the group dberkham. Great story. Pull up a chair and get comfortable - bunch of great people in here and a lot of knowledge passed day to day - well again - welcome...

I plan on continuing on and I hope the rest do also. I would be awfully lonely if I was only posting to myself. There was more to this than just the one incident, but I guess we will never know the whole story...

He was the one who invited me here, and I learned a lot from him.

I'm disappointed to see him go also, and there may have been more going on than just a few comments on this thread but we'll probably never know. I hope he changes his mind and comes back, Ill be glad to see him.

Enough with the bad part of the day, good to see everyone else! Hope your day is going well and that you finish it off with some great vaping!

My ProVari came today, it's not as big as I thought it would be but it fits comfortably in my hand. It sure feels solid, I swear I could pound nails with it. I still have to charge the batteries and that's going to have to wait while I take Mrs. Tiny out for some of the best pizza this side of Italy (at least we think so).

Catch you all later. Take Care!

Congrats on your new PV. :toast:

Now, now, just because you can pound nails with it, I respectfully and strongly suggest NOT! :2cool:

Enjoy the pizza Tiny - have a slice for me... I weighed in yesterday (I only weigh once a month) and instead of losing my standard 1 - 1.5lbs I had gained 3lbs. So no pizza for awhile and no mango key lime pie either (arrrggghhh - what a life to have)...

My weekly weigh in is tomorrow morning, so I had to sin tonight! If we can't enjoy a little pizza or pie once in a while what's the point of being here, of course I'm typing this while munching down one of my wife's chocolate chip cookies.

Congrats on your new PV. :toast:

Thanks Mike. I will follow your advice and hammers are a lot cheaper anyways. Do you use the amperage check? I get different readings from cartomizers in the same box, anywhere from 1.7 to 2.3. I wonder how accurate it is.

Got a battery in it and vaping away. It's surprising how much difference .2 volts makes, I'm going to be playing with this for a while trying to maximize the output from the juices.

Welcome dberkham! It looks like you came in during the middle of an uproar here, it generally isn't like this. A lot of good people here willing to discuss almost anything. Hope you'll hang around and share your experiences.

Congrats on giving up the stinkies, I figure your at about 9 months, good for you! Take Care.
