A chart is extremely helpful for DIYers just starting out as well as for those who have been doing it for a while. Every vendor's product is different and there is no "one size fits all".

Count me in, your flavor profiles are 1st rate and with the chart you couldn't make it any easier. Add the base to the concentrate and say OM!

Awesome idea guys! Not all concentrates work the same. I think it would be helpful also if the chart listed a recommendation of suggested steeping time. Just a thought but it might help the customer reach their desired taste preferences with less chances of being disappointed.

Friday at noon, a storm blew a tree into the power line above our building. The transformer blew, the power line was damaged, and we lost all electricity for Friday and Saturday as repairs were made. It has set us behind a couple days.
