I actually tried to smoke one analog after 5 hours of starting vaping, same result you experienced. It really does not matter if you are addicted to vaping, I don't know about you, but that was the result I was searching for. It has been a very short journey for me, but it's the end result that matters. Congratulations, I think you have your desired results.

Yes my friend. I am here waiting all quitters to crave one. And recommend them to smoke one. Because I know even after 1-2 days it is the end of cigarettes. RIP
I was not intending to quit smoking. I expected e-cigs to help me not to smoke that much. But it made me quit. How I smoked these stinkies for years I cant answer.
What if you are addicted e-cigs? what are you afraid of glycerin? glycol= Nicotin? dont be my friend we are exposed them largely in our daily lives.

:) I think it's fairly common for many (but not all) to find smoking a real cigarette to be disgusting after switching over to vaping and stopping smoking. The nicotine addiction/craving doesn't immediately stop just because you are using an e-cig, it's just that you find using an e-cig to deliver the nicotine is the more enjoyable option.

You didn't mention what the level of nicotine is in your e-liquid. Many people, especially when they have just recently quit smoking, find that there are certain times of the day or certain situations that occur, where the cravings are worse and they need some e-liquid with a stronger nicotine level for those times.

Congratulations on your 23 days, and good luck on your continuing journey.

im on 8mg of nic after steppin down from 12mg a week or so ago

If you were a 2 PAD, 8 mg may not be enough at certain times for you. You might want to try the 12 mg again (or maybe a little higher) just for the times when the cravings are really strong. I would suggest giving your body and system time to adjust and stabilize before getting overly concerned about dropping the nic level. Dropping it too fast could be counter-productive and make the experience harder than it needs to be. :)

Amazing how we got into the analog habit in the first place, eh?
As best I remember from over 45 years ago I hated how they tasted but loved the little buzz smoking one gave me. I tell everyone who is trying to quit that a cigarette never tasted good it was a horrible taste that over time began to seem normal to us. I have been very fortunate in the fact the last cigg I will ever smoke in my life has no appeal to me what so ever.

yeah I think that's some good advice , I think what I might do this fri is pick up a back up tank with 12 mg in it , just for those ruff
moments . im really not gonna beat myself up about hitting a cig , im just gonna choke it up as a stepping stone , or learning experience , in this quitting journey , minda like putting your hand on a hot stove really , once you did it hopefully the experience you had would make you less likely to try it again .
I have to admit analogs are pretty Nasty .

Don't be too complacent though about smoking the odd cig. I've been on the E Cig's on and off for around 3 yrs and have had several relapses back to full on smoking. When you allow the odd one, it can quickly become the odd pack and then ......

I just started my latest attempt and plan to not allow any smokes this time. Although unlike your experience I find I really enjoy a cig, the taste even.

I had a cig about 2 weeks into quitting, it was horrid. I found it to be the best thing that I could have done though, the little quit devil (that little nagging voice in your head that keeps suggesting that you light up) totally was defeated. I rarely have nagging thoughts of having a cig now. Its been 45 days now, I was a 2.5 to 3 pad smoker. I am so happy about not smoking.

ok im starting to notice some increasing side effects now , fatigue , feeling tired more then usual , had a nose bleed the other day , never happened before , my stomach getting upset alittle more in the past week , had 3 mean head aches in the past 7 days
and im becoming more moody, aggressive and short tempered , not to mention suffering from serious cotton mouth that just isn't going away no matter how much fluids I consume , is this normal side effects ? or a combination there of ? im on between 8-12 mg am I overdosing on the nic ?
how long is this gonna last ? this stuff never happened to me when I smoked .......
ok im not digging this part at all ...................... I have to honestly say ive struggled this last week the worst so far , I am considering going and talking to my doctor .I really don't want to go back to analogs
and because of my addictive personality I know full well I cant stop cold turkey , but could these be signs that maybe vaping isn't for me ????
yeah im confused never felt like this before .. anyone else ever suffer like this or to this extreme ?
also im am honestly starting to question weather or not this was a wise journey to start during the hardest season at work for me when im working 7 days a week 12,5 hrs a day ...... alota strain .
