Yeah, I'm off topic - but in fact I'm not. We need to choose our messages carefully - and painting ourselves as petulant children taking pleasure in "tricking" people into getting mad at us, and laughing at their reaction: nah, not good PR. I know it's probably unavoidable, but I'd hope they don't interview it in the We Are Vapers documentary...

That must be why the GOP side of the isle voted unanimously in favor of the ban while the only dissenting votes came from the Dem side of the isle.

In this day and age voting ya or nay has more to do with party loyalty than political philosophy.

Religious socialism is not conseravtivism. There are plenty of religious socialists in the GOP.
Do you think Santorum is a conservative or a religious socialist?

For that matter Rush is a religious socialist on some issues although he would deny it.

I don't generally agree with Rush, but this was a delightful listen. I love how he "taunts" people in elevators and restaurants, ultimately educating people about ecigs.

"You look like you're enjoying yourself so much..." - golden.

I am one of the bleeding-heart liberals that he likes to poke at, so it was a little surreal to find myself agreeing with much of what he was saying. I don't engage in the kind of baiting people that he describes, but I'm not Rush. He gets away with those kinds of shenanigans because he's Rush.

I'm also reminded that this is not a Liberal/Conservative issue. It's not Democrat/Republican issue. This is a public-health situation, and he's actually doing something about it. Granted, it's a fair bit more confrontational and in-your-face than most of us are comfortable with, but that's kinda part of Rush's schtick, isn't it?

Thank you for this, respectfully, but still assertive in your general disagreement with Rush.

I do disagree on him being in your face, many of us vape in public, but since we aren't Rush no one ever notices, I think his celebrity gets him noticed.
