That's a bummer and a problem I've never seen in here. I would definitely not try to use it again....and would see if your supplier is willing to send you a new one. Sorry it's not much of a help since I'm sure you're concerned about how you're going to charge your batteries now....but this would be another reason why many in here advocate having more than one type of e-cig...or in your case...having more than one means of charging. Best of luck.

I've noticed that batts are sometimes hard to remove from the charger. I would guess it's because the battery expands slightly from the heat of charging, causing the brass fitting to grow longer and jam against the charger threads.

My suggestion for the future: do not screw the batteries in tightly, just make them slightly snug. If you do have trouble removing a battery, unplug the charger and let the battery and charger cool down before trying again to remove the battery.

The batts and attys have fairly fine threads. The threads must be kept clean. Any foreign material can cause you loads of greif.

All threads should be gently cleaned and blown out. Batts should be gently screwed into the charger until they make contact. If anything feels bumpy or raspy when turning them in, STOP and find the problem before going further.

It's a good idea to have a spare charger or two around for backup.

Another thought (and in line with one of the responses) is that since our connectors are brass, which is considered a soft metal, it is most definitely wise to insure you do not try to screw it on too tight (either into the charger or onto an atomizer) since the threading in the "soft" brass connectors could easily get mangled and cause them to lock into each other. Definitely only screw it on until you have a snug fit/good contact.

I would recommend you invest in a PCC at this point. It seems logical either way to buy a second charger so you don't end up SOL. I stocked up after my first atty died and talk of a ban with the FDA began. A five pack of batts, a 5 pack of attys and a PCC. (The FDA's threat of a ban must be doing wonders for the ecig industry) A PCC is a convenient thing to have, even if you don't intend on taking it with you a lot at least you have an option to and a second charger.
