I guess that i may have been a little lax on that area of my addiction. I am actually a 14 year smoker. I started smoking when I was 11. I remember were too. It was behind a gas station in Rigby, ID. I loved smoking the taste of the tobacco as well as the smoke coming out. I absolutely loved smoking. I was about a pack and a half a day smoker. I wanted to quit but all my attempts failed.

I then found vaping. It was a godsend for me. The day that i got my RS, i threw away my pack of smoke and committed solely to vaping. I haven't smoked a cig in 46 days. The improvements that i have had has been immense. I have my sense of smell back, I can actually taste things, I have more lung capacity and i just feel better overall.

Thank you for the words of caution. it is nice to see someone that is looking out for the younger folks on here that are just here to for "social" i would strongly recommend 0 nic to them too.

thank you for your concern and i am glad that you found a alternative to your addiction as well.

I was 16 at a '76 station. My first pack of smokes was Kent, for 55 cents from a cigarette
machine (no humans monitoring it) by the bathrooms. My younger brother and I puffed
them, one after the other, until they were gone. Never inhaled once. That was to come
later, when I "learned to smoke like the adults." Lucky for my brother, he never took to
it after that day. Unlucky for me ( like you ) I loved it.

At any rate, you seem to be the right person at the right place. Just in time to save your
life! :) I wish you the same luck I wish for myself.

Good luck my friend.

Kinda crazy that you can remember all the details and when you look back at it it seem like a long time ago and that you shouldn't remember that stuff. I am glad that i found this and i even got my buddy to get on it too. he hasnt smoked for about a month and he loves it. we both feel better and have seen the improvements in our health. it fulfills the need for the nicotine and as well the need to tinker.

I picked up a Cylon VV from Electronicstix in Murray. Picked up their J-Tank as well. Loving it so far!

I will check out Utah Vapers Association right now!

So far the J-Tank has been awesome. I have gone through refilling it each day and its still very tight and not leaky at all. I actually just replaced my 3rd carto it in, again super tight and no leaks.

I am near Murray/Midvale 72nd S

That's the east side for you ;)

I have been using the cartos from electronicstix. They use standard res boge, and double punch them for you. So far excellent flavor and vape as boges are known for.

well this is the right place to be. it is in no way a smoking cessation program. it is just a less harmless way to get your nicotine. If your serious about it then you just gotta commit to it and got from there. there is a million and a half options out there. you will find a lot of information on this site. just read away and ask questions. most of the questions your gonna have will be answered here.

if you have any questions just post here and i will reply with whatever help i can offer and information i can provide.

Thank's smkd13.What would be a good first set up?I have been smoking about 20yrs.and I'm smoking full flavor filtered cigars,a pack and half or more a day.I'm on a fixed income.I'm spending maybe $30 a week,on cheapies from local smoke shop.
