I guess that i may have been a little lax on that area of my addiction. I am actually a 14 year smoker. I started smoking when I was 11. I remember were too. It was behind a gas station in Rigby, ID. I loved smoking the taste of the tobacco as well as the smoke coming out. I absolutely loved smoking. I was about a pack and a half a day smoker. I wanted to quit but all my attempts failed.
I then found vaping. It was a godsend for me. The day that i got my RS, i threw away my pack of smoke and committed solely to vaping. I haven't smoked a cig in 46 days. The improvements that i have had has been immense. I have my sense of smell back, I can actually taste things, I have more lung capacity and i just feel better overall.
Thank you for the words of caution. it is nice to see someone that is looking out for the younger folks on here that are just here to for "social" i would strongly recommend 0 nic to them too.
thank you for your concern and i am glad that you found a alternative to your addiction as well.
I was 16 at a '76 station. My first pack of smokes was Kent, for 55 cents from a cigarette
machine (no humans monitoring it) by the bathrooms. My younger brother and I puffed
them, one after the other, until they were gone. Never inhaled once. That was to come
later, when I "learned to smoke like the adults." Lucky for my brother, he never took to
it after that day. Unlucky for me ( like you ) I loved it.
At any rate, you seem to be the right person at the right place. Just in time to save your
life!
Good luck my friend.
