In a pack of 901 atomizers I ordered there is a part I have never seen before. It has a male end (like a battery) that will screw into an atty. The other end has a female end (like an atomizer) that will screw into a battery. If I connect it between an atomizer and a battery the unit works the same as if it wasn't there. The piece is about half the size of a regular atty. It seems to simply extend the length of the unit. Why would such a thing be wanted or needed? Has anyone seen these for sale?

Battery extension intended for use with the manual batteries. Additional length allows the new style manual battery to be charged in existing charge units, keeps the button on the batt away from the charge unit.

Drill a hole in the side of the thing and you now have a cartomizer adaptor.
