Um... it is coming back, isn't it? i guess that's my real concern, because down where you would put it into your cart, it says, "Unfortunately, this product is no longer available." Makes it sound like you've quit making it. OTOH, right next to that is a link which says "Notify me when it's back in stock." Which link is broken, by the way. And on the third hand, if you start looking around, over on the left you might finally run into a button that says "Notify me when available," which link does work. So I guess it's coming back, just a question of when. But maybe you could verify that hopeful thought and put our minds and taste buds at ease. 
DBC is an award winning favorite- there is no doubt it will return. Since its also one of my top 3 favorites, I am in agreement that it must, lol.
Not to worry! Death by Chocolate will most definitely be back! We've had such a huge surge in demand for some of our really popular flavors supply has just temporarily been outstripped by demand. I'll check in with production to see if I can get an ETA.

If you've got to be out of it, being out because of a huge surge in demand is about the very best reason I can think of.
