Took around half a tank of vaping for mine to hit well again after cleaning. Sort of like breaking it in again. Good as new after though. Try a final rinse with PGA next time you clean one. It'll dry out faster than water.

In fact, as the wicks get used more and more I've found that I have had to make subtle changes in using them because now my thinner juices tend to flood the atty if I don't give it some upright time. Not to the point of leaking and gurgling and such, but much like putting 1 drop to many in an atty when dripping. And that's at 4.4 volts. This is a good "problem" to have!

In fact, I busted out some 100% VG juice this morning and it wicks wonderfully in this 10 day old chain vaped Stardust.

Thats lovely to hear. I have been experiencing the same. Been able to add more and more vg and comfortably vape as things have gone on.

My Stardust died today.I put it on my vv Ego at 4.2 and it just died. Now doesn't work on anything .Could it be 4.2 was too much for the little guy? It shoudn't be but it's officially dead.

That definitely doesn't help. I don't know any vision products that can withstand higher than 4.0 for extended periods without sacrificing longetivity

Bummer.

It'll be two weeks rotating 2 of these come Friday for me. Vaping at 4.6v volts as I type this.

Spousal unit has been chain vaping the same one on unregulated eGo's for the same time.

So far, so good.

I guesstimate I'd have pitched 3-4 dual coils by about now.

i got juice in the bottom of my stardust between the connector and the skirt, scrunched up papertowel won't get in there, i'll have to see how I can get it out of there, i'm getting some gurgling now.

the biggest problem with these things is that going from the stone or vision or ce2 to the stardust its like going from full marlboro to ultra light.

I never got into DCs. I like them, but they just weren't good enough to draw me away from Fluximizers. Plus, the ones I did like kept getting sold out.

Viva La Stardust!!! They are never sold ou...

Oh...

Must say, I do like the 2ohm dual coils I have at 4.5-5.0 volts. Thing is, I like em when new. After a couple of days, not so much.

What I don't get is the love Boge carto's get on ECF. Cheap is the only thing good about them imo.

I liked the Fusions, but I swear I could taste the filler. There is something about filler; it just makes my skin crawl. I know... I know... it seems weird... but, okay.

Canned air will blow it right out. At least it did for mine with no damage. Not sure how it might go for you ;)

I am becoming increasingly impressed with this thing. I have had it for twelve days (wow, I can hardly believe it), refill it at least three times a day, use it everyday, and have only cleaned it twice. Granted, the juice I am using is extremely clean, but even going higher and higher in vg the danged thing still vapes great. And I am constantly amazed that it vapes the liquid down to nothing. This may not be my all day carto, but it definitely is an everyday carto. There just aren't too many cartos that can survive more than 40 ml of even the gentlest juices without sign of deterioration. This thing thing just keeps getting better. Of course, if the majority of people have the same experience I am, gotvapes is going to find themselves in the stride gum situation and have to sic a goat on us to make us buy a new carto ;)

its all personal preference. i like boge cartos because you fill and it always works. always. as long as there is juice in the carto, it works....without any dry hits. i cant say that for the stardust. ive had the SD for about a week, been patiently vaping 4 or 5 fills and every other(roughly) hit, is a dry hit that scorches my throat. im glad it works for you guys...but it just wont work for me...i get dry hits with the stone also.

it doesnt matter if i keep it upside down for 30 minutes or take puffs while its upside down, sideways and an angle, i get way too many dry hits for this to be a pleasure.

like i said, i have tried and tried in hopes the wicks will start working but...they just arent for me. (i vape anywhere from 3.7 to 4.2 v)

hmm, I think I might have some of that in the tool chest, thats a good idea.

I'll be curious about how it works for you. Canned air is one of my staples in life, like teflon tape, electrical tape, duct tape, and superglue. Of course the canned air is mostly a holdover from before I started allergy shots...
