I posted this in another topic, but I will post it here as well.

Mine is having issues with juice getting inside the center tube and dripping onto the battery post, causing flooding and gurgling. I have to keep it vertical at all times to prevent this. Has anyone ran into this issue as well, and if so, how did you fix it?

I'm still having trouble with my old 100% vg juices even though I bought some pg juices to mix with them. When I use the pg alone I get very little vapour and the stuff makes me hoarse into the bargain. Since I got my ego-c I can't find any of my old juices give me a decent throat hit unless they contain menthol in the description.

Can anyone recommend a menthol juice that's working well on the stardust and gives a strong throat hit and decent vapour (in fact any juice that gives that on the stardust). The only gotvapes juice I've tried is flux nectar 3 red (I think that's what it was called, sort of bubble gum with a hint of cinammon) and, while I was pleaed with the way the flavour shone through, I found the throat hit too tame.

I use the menthol mania in my stardust almost exclusively. The exception to that is when I am cutting it with zero nic for before bed. And to put it plainly, I STILL get what is to me acceptable throat hit and flavor even with it diluted around 50%. Granted tastes and perceptions vary, but menthol mania is definitely one with a good bit of throat hit.

the new juice was designed to perform as light medium and heavy

when you buy normal cigarettes that would be heavy, massive TH , more nic of coarse.

medium, less Th then normal but still there.

light and etxra light which is the 11 and 6mg will give you a less of a TH.

when you buy light ciga they do feel like lighter smoke and not as much of a th kick.

so if you want a good TH now with our juice 17 or 24 is the way t go and they will now give you that kick, maybe not as much as some place that add alcohol(oga), we dont add anything other then nic, base and flavorings

Did you screw the mouthpiece as tight as possible? If not there will be a space between the top of the suction cup and the bottom of the mouthpiece which would cause juice to go in the center hole when laid horizontally

I've had some juice in the mouthpiece which I always thought was from condescension or maybe just slight flooding. I've never had juice actually come out of the battery post. Could it be that you're dripping it into the center and not tilting it enough when filling it or just over filling it?

Mouthpiece is tight to the point that it compresses the silicone ring on top of the center tube. I also know that no juice is getting into the tube from filling as well. I'm kinda out of ideas. It's almost like it's wicking too much, or that the wick has worn out and is letting juice leak through the slits in the center tube.

psycle, posted this to you over in the other thread this evening:

I had this on two of the four I have. Interestingly, my wife vapes Dekang 555 100%pg and still has not have had this happen on the one and only Stardust she has been chain vaping for 3 weeks now.

On the two problem children, I've pretty much gotten them back into shape by taking the tank off, cleaning and dry-burning the wick, then gently lifting and fluffing the wick. On these, I just stopped filling them up to the wicks, but rather fill to within about 1/4" of the wicks, and kind of just wet the tips of the wicks and vape with the pv more vertical until the juice level goes down some.

Also, I did have one that I had dropped and the top metal seat had moved up a little which caused the mouthpiece to not seat fully. Just had to kind of push everything together again really tight.

Yeah... It sounds to me like it's over-wicking for some reason. It happened to mine (both of them) when I cut down the cup seals (of out stupidity more than anything). Now they both do that if I don't watch it. My fault entirely in this case.

Anyway, all I do is fill them only to the point slightly below the wicks. Maybe to line #7 (counting the first line).

In my case the juice is definitely leaking into the slots because I cut the seals too short.

In your case, I don't really know, it's hard to tell, but the symptoms are the same, so try it, it can't hurt. Also, I don't really lay any of my stuff horizontal, but I guess if I would do it with my (truncated) Stardusts, I would make sure that the wicks are in the vertical plane, and the top one is not swimming in juice...
