I like the idea of a small dedicated freezer for nic stock too, it took me a minute to wrap my head around having to do the whole stock up thing but having a small freezer to keep it separate from food stuff was just a good idea. Locking is a great idea too so no one gets into it accidentally or otherwise, mine does not have a lock so I bought ammo cans that lock to put bottles in and store the freezer.
If it uses a 510 connection, it falls under the deeming regulations. Doesn't matter if it's an adapter, plate, dodad, thingamajiggy. The FDA has worded the deeming regulation to include e-cigarette parts. And anything that uses the threading found in a 510 connector is pretty much guaranteed to fall under that provision.
Told my Wife I messed up and now have 59 years worth of Nic......She smiled and said, I'll make sure you don't order anymore.![]()

The ones I know of are OR, AR,Ohio, NY, and Maryland.
WA maybe.... It is if you live in or are buying from a prohibited state.
CC companies will deny your transaction.
edit: And I think Conn.
20 Extra Evolv 510sSo, maybe it's time to stockpile some 510 connectors, along with the nic and mods, maybe a chip or Twelve, and some enclosures?
You got a "keeper".......Told my Wife I messed up and now have 59 years worth of Nic......She smiled and said, I'll make sure you don't order anymore.![]()
I think that is the way all of the online vendors will have to go, this one is just getting ahead of the curve, it will likely get even more stringent with proof of age requirements. If it is an ENDS or component it requires proof of age.Visited a website yesterday (can't remember which one) somewhere in NC. Was going to purchase some cotton and wire and at check out was told that a signature was required at time of delivery. I live in Mass. and haven't come across that yet until now. Didn't bother with the purchase.

When the original IBM PC was introduced in 1981, quite a few reviewers panned it for using a proprietary bus.
Needless to say, that bus didn't remain proprietary for very long.
I would prefer that as well. Just wasn't expecting it so quick.Get used to it. More and more companies will, in all likelihood, follow suit. I'd much rather have to provide ID and sign on delivery than provide a copy of my license or other form of ID and send it in to the company.
You should listen to your wife.I'm having a hard time convincing SWMBO that I need my own dedicated medical freezer.
If you do that all the existing atomizers are immediately made obsolete.
Far be it from me to laugh at anyone, but I'm pretty sure my non-rubber-wrapped-or-not-in-a-Faraday-cage mech mods will be fine. Unless it is some super EMP that changes the molecular structure of stainless steel, copper, brass, steel and aluminum, rendering those metals non-conductive.
Besides that, there is a very high probability that if an EMP strikes the USA, the first thing I'm grabbing (after the really important things: my wife, my 1911, and my AR) is going to be a Marlboro and a Bic lighter.
And bear in mind that I'm not saying it couldn't happen - merely that I'll be much more concerned about things like my ammunition and food stockpile than my mechanical mods (which will survive nicely as currently stored in a box in a drawer).
