Geeze, I think my smokers dead. have not used it in a few years. Next Tuesday have some suits coming by for dinner thinking about a crab and shrimp boil!

Hi Mist! My wife is going out with the kids and her mom to celebrate mothers day tonight while I work. She told me to pick up some sirloins from Costco for this Sunday. I'm happy with that.
I just hope it doesn't rain!

Mist......I bought some of the SweetBabyRays Honey Teriyaki marinade to try..........My wife likes hers marinated in Italian dressing. I generally use a sprinke if Famous Daves seasoning before I grill. Hope this weather were having today holds out until tommorrow.

I used to marinate steaks in ken's raspberry walnut dressing that I'd enhance with a little savory seasoning. I rub them now. I have a couple ribeyes sittin' in the fridge right now with a combo rub of garlic salt and McCormick Grill Mates Cowboy Rub. I'll Fire up the grill if the wife ever gets home.
For tomorrow it's a brisket on the orion and a beer can chicken in the Webber. Got my fingers crossed for the weather myself. Actually, we had some brief downpours out here today.

Thats ok JJ..........They have helped me shed quite a few pounds. The JenieO seasoned burgers are actually pretty good though!Now that sounds yummy!!!

Weather held up down here. The other marinade I use is Dales steak seasoning. A little heavy on the soy side but I add a touch of worchestishire(Spell check)and some brown sugar....Pretty good stuff. That Cowboy rub sounds good!

That stuff is a lot more mild than you would think. Leaves room for enhancement.

Then this afternoon went to my favorite food stalls in Beijing with Ms. PTJD ( no I don't eat this stuff)!
Live scorpions and dead sea horses grilled or fried!
