PT, I forgot to take pics before I cut it all up but here's one of the leftovers. I took a big plate over to my neighbor too. I tried a different rub this time. I forget the brand but it was an applewood rub. My wife said the ribs were the best yet but she says that every time.

There's still plenty left. I got one of those pre-trimmed briskets and I didn't realize when I bought them that there were two slabs of ribs in one pack. I brought some for lunch today but there's still several ribs left. I should have taken more to the neighbor.

Yep, was not in the pics but had some corn also. You need to post those BBQ pic's!
