Ok just got finished with dinner, had some Phylo dough in the freezer so thought I would try something different.
Got some ground lamb, eggplant, spinach, pine nuts, onion, butter, feta and some spices for my version of Greek Spinach pie. Supposed to cook it in the oven but seeing that its over 110+ in the shade decided to use the toaster oven. Turned out well, sorry no pretty pic's.

Looks fantastic to me PTJD! Nice color on the top.

:)Wiz!

Thanks Wiz!

OK, preparing tonight's meal, had to slice some Yellow-tail for some Sashimi, marinating the short ribs in a soy glaze. Will serve some plain white Japanese rice. Try to get some pic's of the short ribs on the grill later.

Once again you out did yourself PT! I cooked some babybacks in the oven today and finished them on the grill with some Stubbs BBQ sauce. Not as good as done with the orion.........but it was too hot out to play with fire.

Sorry for the lack of pics.

Hey!!
I've seen it get over 100 here! ........ Not very often or for very long, but......
Supposed to be in the 90s for the next week and humid as a sauna. I just got back from the Oregon coast for a weeks visit. Mid 60s with low humidity every day. That was nice. Only saw one mosquito while I was hiking at the base of Mt. Hood in the deep forrest.

Sounds like you had a nice trip Mist! Supposed to get into double digits later this week for us!

Think I will stay inside or under water if that happens!

That's OK PT, you can keep it.
Wiz and I are in southern MI though. The climate changes pretty rapidly the further north you go in this state. We get fairly even three month seasons here. I've found that most people around here are sick of the season they're in before it's over though. :)

I will take our 100 plus and dry instead of the 90 plus humidity!!

..:) OK, deal!. :)...
No....I'm keeping the dry heat :p

heard on the news tonight that Oklahoma has the worst temps in the USA right now. Saw them throwing blocks of ice into a pool to keep it cool!

I feel for you and PTJD Fudgey!

:)Wiz!

My pool is at 86 right now, last year we were lucky to keep it above 80. Makes for good evening swims :)
