I ordered 2 sample packs on 7-5-10, I knew the were going on vacation on the 8th. But never got an email confirmation of order or nothing and now they are out of town. Do others who use them get an email or anything or does the order just show up?

No you won't get shipping confirmation....I ordered the same time you did and mine came yesterday, so you should be getting yours soon.

I just got a VS order yesterday (VS4 is AWESOME!). I can't remember exactly what e-mails I received from them, but it was definitely less than other companies. 1 email vs 3, for example.
I have ordered from Eric several times and always received order quickly. I cannot imagine that he would leave on vacation without shipping your order, in fact, if you ordered on the 5th, I would imagine it shipped on the 6th.
You can log in to your account on his web page and check the status, that is what I always do.
I cannot remember how many emails I received after each order, but it was just so easy to log in and check shipping date.

Today I received 1 order of 2. The sample packs did not come today but maybe tomorrow. I did check the site and now they show complete. I did not get any email so now I know to check his site, thanks.
