Once again SMILIN did it again

I ordered another pcc kit and and a box of vanilla cartos. I had left a comment that the other vanilla ones were burning out real fast. So of course he sent me another free box of cartos in vanilla and another 2 free bottles of his nobacco juice. I gotta say it again. I have never had customer service like his, others make you send the items back (if there still under warrenty and your paying shipping twice) then you have to wait till it gets shipped to them and wait for the new items to be shipped back to you,. A lot of times I just didnt want the hassle so I stopped informing some venders if things we're not working right. He gives all of us so much more faith in mankind to go that extra mile. Thanks Steve, Mark and crew

Wish I had said something after my initial order where my Virginia cartomizers only made vapor on my passthrough... For some reason they wouldn't work on my battery. Anyone come across that before?

My first order from Steve was back in March, and I still get excited when I receive a new one.

No exception this time, either.

My last order was made on Friday at 8am, and was delivered on Monday with my chrome XL, 40 carts, some of my favorite liquids, and of course, as V4L always does, bonuses.

Is it any wonder I keep coming back?

V4L had me grinning from ear to ear; aka SMILIN!

My last order was a small order. They threw in some freebie carto's but also threw in a new auto passthrough. Steve is a mind reader. I like tinkering with electronics and about a month ago, I went to measure the current of the passthrough I have. I had it hooked up to a li-ion battery that came out of a bad VK battery. I accidentally hooked it up backwards and it got very hot and had that smell of burning electronics..lol. Luckily, the battery did not explode. But I let the passthrough cool down and amazingly it worked just fine. My roommate uses it so I told him to be careful with it. Anyway, I have retired that one and my roommate has the new one..
