One bad habit for another??

I find I dont have to plan my day much around vaping, I vape discreetley at my desk at work and most dont notice and if they do I just say its less harmful than spraying some perfume/cologne around

Cigarettes have more ritual becasue you usually have to go somewhere to do it and you usually time it around certain events, while with e-cigs you cna just vape the thing whenever or wherever you get the urge and then put it back in your pocket after a few drags.

I think you'll find as time goes on you're not really as addicted as you think you are. I haven't lowered my nic level (doubt if I will) but I can go out all day and not bring my pv and it really doesn't bother me at all.

When we go out to dinner with friends and they run outside for a cig, I have no desire to go out with them (we can't smoke in my state inside).

I can so relate, although when I am home my PV rarely leaves my hand, hours can go by at work and I rarely give it a thought (NOTHING like the nic fits I would have when I smoked!).
I went to dinner with some friends last week and my friend went out to smoke THREE times. I never even considered joining her. Go OUTSIDE? in the WINTER? just to SMOKE? No way! ha ha. I've come a LONG way baby (in eight months as a Vapor!)

That is so awesome and I know exactly how you feel. Almost a month for me and I don't have to stop what I am doing and run outside to smoke in the cold or rain, while at work. I don't even think about it. That alone is an awesome feeling!!
