-Tasted bitter and harsh, hardly taste anything like strawberry milk

Opened package and the smell of strawberry is extraordinary.
Dripped it on velocity dual parallel kanthal 0.22ohms at 60w and the taste is horrible.
Almost like a bitter burnt cardboard taste, but was able to taste a hint of strawberry after a while.
Steeped it for 10days, and the result is still the same. Overpowering bitter taste and only a very slight strawberry taste.

How can I improve the taste? Most of the reviews mentioned that the juice is supposedly sweet n creamy!

Please advise!

I do not like any of the OHW line. If I had to pick muffin man is the best, Milk man is the worst. There is much better strawberry milks out there

Dilute it, believe it or not that harshness, bitter and now that you mention it yes cardboard taste is the byproduct of that cheap sweetner they over used. You won't get much strawberry from it either way the overwhelming sweetner already ruined the juice but if you cut it a bit with VG or PG at least it's somewhat vape-able.

It tasted like herbal tea or alcohol to me. Any advice on what types of juices to mix with?

Like JMarca already mentioned, this bitterness comes from the sweetener used in this juice (probably Ethylmaltol) if it's overdosed. It is an alcohol and so it can taste like bitter booze. Try to dilute it with some VG or PG only.
