I started vaping a week ago today, and haven't had an analog since. I bought 2 900mah ego batteries and to start 3 clearomizers with different ejuices. All is going very well, but the weird thing is I only feel like having a real smoke in the morning.. I only charge my batteries every two days, out of the three bottles of sample juice, I have only used 9.5ML of it. Yesterday I ran out of my favorite juice so off to the vape shop I went today, and picked up three new flavors, along with the one I ran out of and some new clearomizers. My original nic level was 18mg, but I upped to 20 because I was tired of the "must have a morning smoke" feeling.. and then chain vaping until I felt okay. Has anyone else felt that they weren't vaping enough?? Or that this whole "quitting smoking" thing was just a little too easy?? It is crazy to think that I smoked for over 27 years.. a PAD and am not looking back!!

My first few weeks--I had an analog in the morning too. One day I just said no--and started Vaping. Haven't looked back. I too am amazed at how easy it has been as I was a 38 year smoker.

I do use 24mg and haven't yet felt I need to cut back. I am thinking of ordering some lower mg juice for evening and night. I have been staying up way too late all nic-ed up!

You sound like you're doing great! When I 1st started vaping I had a full pack of Camels still, so, being the cheapskate that I am what I did was smoke a Camel every morning, vape all day and then smoke a Camel before bed. By the time that pack ran out, on July 28, 2012, I was used to vaping and no longer needed or wanted another cigarette and have been tobacco free ever since. You sound like you're doing great if you only get the urge in the a.m.

Keep on vaping!!

Just always keep a strong bottle for the morning and use the weaker stuff during the day....if you chain vape just do it with a low nic...Whenever you set off your smoking trigger (drinking, coffee) grab the high nic. When you go to reach when your bored (watching TV) grab the lower nic. Thats what helped me get through

It took me a while to not have the "must have a cigarette jitters", in the morning. I started at 24 and am now down to 18, I do have plans to try to get down to 0 nic, but I'm afraid to rush it as I don't want to go back to cigarettes. It sounds like your doing great, I chain vaped like a maniac for a couple of weeks and then things smoothed out, when I dropped from 24 to 18 I went right back to chain vaping and now have adjusted to that level of nic. Congrats on your 1 week Ameera! :)

Welcome to ecf. No, it is not crazy. You just found the one thing that does the job. And I did the same thing, minus the am smoke. Once I picked up ecigs, I was off to the races and never looked back. Its ok to experiment with the level of nic in your ecigs to determine what it is your body needs. And it does get easier the longer you vape. Just be sure you increase your liquid intake and let your body tell you what else you should be doing. wow sounds GREAT Ameera, so glad to hear it
the diff levels of "NIC" juice sitting around is they way to go, just do what you feel you need
sounds like you have plenty of 'tanks' , your crave will adjust...

keep up the good work, enjoy the new lifestyle :D

I started vaping at the lowest nic level available. The first 2 weeks were very difficult and I chain vaped day and night, always craving for a cigarette. All my juices are 6mg or 10mg(Pluid) and, after 6 months no craving analogs or chain vaping. I'm going to start ordering juice with no nicotine to see if I'm still addicted. Now I vape for the flavor not because I'm addicted to nicotine. Out of curiosity I smoked a cigarette the other day and couldn't finish it, I got sick to my stomach, coughed my head off and had a headache the rest of the day.
