I tried cold turkey, Zyban, the patch, gum, inhalers.....sometimes all at once...I could never kick smoking. E-Cigarettes are the way to go.

Grats!! Keep it up. I'm getting ready to hit three months and i'm not looking back. Biggest incentive has got to be the extra lovin' from the misses now that I don't smell like and ashtray.

Congrats on the 1st week! Today marks my 4th week (in exactly 15 minutes). Total times I've contemplated going back to analogs: 2. Total times I've caved: 0. Keep going strong, you can do it!

My clothes, car, house started smelling good (all the time)
Food tastes better
My car windows are much clearer
I can breathe...a little better each month and I am starting to walk more.

These are the major selling points on why I needed to quit smoking in general. My friend and his wife got into my car and went "man it smells like a cigar in here!" It was at that point I decided I needed to stop. Then my buddy told me about ecigs and gave me some great advice. And then it began. I have noticed my apartment smells better. Not amazing, but better. I don't know if it's my nose or my apartment though (but probably my apartment). I am a mostly clean person, my apartment isn't pristine but it's also not unkempt by any means. The same buddy who gave me the advice also told me that unlike smoke, the vapor doesn't cling to the walls and it will actually improve the smell of the room if anything.
