Any 510 tank should work, just make sure the carto inside isnt dual coil or LR, that little battery wouldn't be able to handle it.

As long as you use a higher resistance carto, you should be able to use a tank. I've seen people do it with their bloogs.

There are no particular tanks for small batteries. In fact it's going to look awfully silly having a tank on a cig size battery.

look on the website i dont know if they do or not , if your using a 510 , you need to buy a 510-T atomizer , then you need to buy 510-T cartridges to use with the T-attomizer
so your battery will work fine but you need new atomizer and cartridge
