It's been one year to date that I decided to give ecigs a try. Started with a disposable, and bought a kit the next day. It took me a while to find the right device / liquid for me (April), but I haven't had tobacco since 12-31-2011. This is the longest I've been without tobacco since I was 11 (I'm in my 40's now). Just like to say thanks to the ECF and the forum members for providing help and support along the way. I feel much better, and feel that I have more years ahead of me because I finally gave up cigs/smokeless tobacco/chewing tobacco (Yes I used all three - Not at the same time, but would use one to quit the other; All would end up having negative effects).
