One Year!

One year ago today I smoked my last cigarette. I couldn't have done it without ECF. Seems surreal that I haven't had a cigarette for a year. I thought I was doomed to smoke for the rest of my life and die of lung cancer. I never imagined myself ever not smoking for a day, let alone a year.

Congrats on 1 year Hendry! I know what a struggle it is to quit and continues to be a struggle sometimes to stay quit. You are doing awesome. Again...Congrats. I hope to be posting a similar thread on April 20, 2012 and a two year one in 2013, and on and on.

Good luck! I've been vaping 10 months and having cigs also but once I got bottom feeders and worked out the kinks of using them found that "something" that just WORKS for me. I was finally able to say "no more, not even one" also two weeks ago today. I found it easier than expected for sure. Hope you do also.
