Technically it would. However I don't think you would want to vape that. Might be a tad too strong in flavor.

Yep, Napir's right! Unless you are using some weak flavoring. I've heard of people using 50% capella's flavoring, because it tastes so good, but it's really not that concentrated. Lorann on the other hand, if you use 50%, you're going to have way too much flavoring.

Most people use Lorann in the 10-20% range, and if they need to cut the nic down further they use PG and/or VG without nic.
