I am sorry ahead of time if this isn't the right place to ask this. If you make a website to sell vaporizers and e liquid, what exactly do you need? Except for the basics such as inventory, website, shopping cart (merchant account). Do you have to have a tobacco retail license or any other permits? I am located in Southern California.

We can't support more prospective internet vendors now because there are already enough (or too many, depending on your viewpoint). ECF has over 2,000 registered.
What the trade needs right now is enough margin to do proper testing, and pay for legal defence against the State and federal attacks on vaping. Unfortunately the main effect of new vendors coming onstream is price drops due to stock being dumped at unmaintainable prices in order to gain a market foothold.
On the other hand we certainly need more B&M vendors - main street retailers. We are currently working on plans to put some sort of assistance package in place for people who are thinking of opening a store.
