I keep them capped and labeled for flavor, and in a small zip lock bag. Once that need refilling I leave out of the bag.

So far so good! Only 4 analogs so far today... that's coming from a pack a day for the past 15 years or so!
You might want to find something other than a zip lock to better preserve juice.

Having the carts capped will probably negate this, but the type of plastic used for zip lock and similar bags is highly permeable. I learned this the hard way; My wife used to make my lunch for work, she started including an orange with slits to make it easier to peel. The problem was that whatever came in contact with the zip lock with the orange absorbed the vapor from the orange oils. So the vapor or oil went through two layers of the plastic to contaminate my sandwiches, and I mean contaminated big time. An orange peel flavored ham and cheese sandwich is beyond disgusting. . .

My concern, if the carts weren't capped would be that the nicotine might dissipate and weaken.
