I can't comment on the flavour/functionality of the LUMI, as I haven't tried one in real life. As to the concept, I can see the appeal for some - no mess, no fuss, just chuck in some juice and off you go until you need to change it. There lies the biggest issue. Vapers understand that coils and wicks are effectively consumable items, like car tyres and batteries, they need to be replaced. But the complete tank? This seems like a marketing crossover from pod systems, and offers all of the convenience provided you accept the built-in obsolescence and short lifespan. I understand this is a polycarbonate tank, which may suffer failure with certain e-liquids.
The biggest shortcoming I see with this tank is the sheer fact that it is disposable. Even if it delivers the best vape ever, being a commodity item, if the price point isn't extremely competitive, people will seek better long term value (e.g. re-buildables). As mentioned by others, there is also the whole recycling issue, which will disqualify a market segment on ethical grounds. Certainly, I can't see it appealing to vapers other than as a one-off portable spare. From the vaping aesthetic and cultural point of view, style and gravitas are important, and on that score the LUMI, by the intrinsic throwaway design, is flawed.
