Thank you all for the advice. I'm going to return it and stick to what I thought was a cheap charger that I already had that came with some ultrafire batteries I bought but never used. It doesn't get hot but always make me feel its not charging a the way which is why I bought the trustfire charger. vape on peeps

Dogs may be able to hear in the 60 kilohertz range?

When I was using it, I could actually hear something as well. That's why I stopped using it.
