I'm going to start working on some s'mores recipes and I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on the best tasting Graham cracker flavoring? I have worked with chocolate and marshmallow flavorings and have found ones that I have liked but have never tried any of the available Graham cracker flavorings. Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

Ive only tried one but i do like the TFA graham cracker. i use it in the smores recipe i mess around with. I wouldnt say it was the best since i have nothing to compare it to but its good and will work.
Flavor West is the better between itself and TFA. TFA's is kinda muted, and not much "cracker" to it. More of a graham syrup, if you will.

I tried tfa and capella, capella is way better. Really good flavor, with a lot of body and distinct notes . It´s complexity might make it hard to mix depending on what your other flavors are though. But you can really feel the biscuit in your mouth, it's yummy.

+1 on MBV (FW) I like it with keylime and cheesecake..........
Mmm, cheesecake and one of the berries (black/rasp/blue) plus a tiiiny bit of vanilla and graham cracker for the "crust" make a good combo too.
