It's pretty much the same, but doesn't compare to a genuine eGo's quality.

Even though I stopped using my Riva a long time ago, I did end up buying this Variable Voltage eGo Battery - VV eGo I Texas Select Vapor

It's of course a knock off, but with ok quality. You can switch between voltages with 5 clicks on the button. The highest voltage is goes to is 4.2v, which on load is a solid 3.7v vape.

Good luck!

does anyone know it's working voltage?

If it's like every other eGo/Riva type with a proprietary battery, it's a 3.7V rated device, but the reality is more like 3.4V. Good enough, if you use LR attys with it.

FWIW, my personal opinion on the LED & flashlight gimmicks is that they're pretty close to worthless. You'd do better (IMHO) to go for one of the 900mAh Riva "light bundle" kits: Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510
