I had posted a while back about how thrilled my periodontist was with me quitting smoking and vaping now. Well, during my appointment two weeks ago she found a spot that she wanted to watch and had me come back in yesterday. She was going to see if it had decreased, if not she was going to cut it out and have it biopsied. Well, when I was there yesterday, she had to take it out and found a second spot also that she removed. I won't have results of the biopsies for a week...
...just wanted to post for my peeps - please don't smoke anymore! If you are feeling like you need to - jump on the forum and visit with folks a while.
I am so thankful that I found vaping - wish it had been around 20 years ago!
So, for now I wait and starve to death for a while. Clear liquids for four days, soft food for four days then finally mushy for six days. Let me just say - in two weeks - I am eating my weight in pizza and steak!!
