My Nitecore i2 Intellicharger almost caught fire. Only one side was working in the morning, then quite a bit of smoke started coming out of the unit and I'm not sure what would have happened if I wasn't sitting next to it. Contacted Orbtronic to see if anything can be done, but no reply at all. Received the charger in late April.​

Still no reply. I e-mailed Nitecore directly and explained the situation, but haven't heard back from them, either.

The $20 I spent on this isn't going to break me, but when a company doesn't even reply with a "tough luck," well, that's just not right.
