Who are THEY. This is a forum. This isn't a vendor. Who did you order from and how have you tried to reach them, because no one here can offer any suggestions to try and help you out other than contact the vendor, which it seems you've tried to do unsuccessfuly.

Uh, you sound like you might be a vapesourcing customer? They have (but all the manufacturer's have) forums, under the manufacturer/vendor part of the forum. Go to forum quick links (it's under the forum button) and you can navigate to find "your" vendor/seller (hopefully they are here) and make your question there. They should respond. Possibly not right away and perhaps not in a way you will like but they will respond.

An order number in the new members section will do you no good. Whether you have read it or not, you are free to post on any section of the board, not just here. You will need to give info like what you ordered, when and when you were told to receive it along with your order number.

I’m guessing because you’re not posting in the correct place. You need to be in the section of the actual company you bought from.

I suspect the allcaps probably don’t help, but putting it somewhere they can read it is key.
