Will you be selling internationally when you get you lab up and running and producing more?

I have sent a PM and also used your "Contact Us" form on your site. Haven't heard anything back..... All I get from tracking is

I will forward this info to Chris. I have been out of town the last few days and I have limited email. I will also call u in a couple of minutes as well.

If its ok with I would like to move these last two post to my customer service thread. We get a large volume of calls and emails daily and it's sometime difficult to keep up. Chris is my cohort and takes care of issues if I drop the ball.

Hmmm... My package says the same thing ;(

Me too, (tracking#9405511201080897795885 for order#0000004043) this was the status on the USPS site (not stamps.com). I know USPS does do real-time tracking like, UPS & Fed-Ex, but I'd expect it to at least say it was received. hmmm?

My order (#0000004047) shows the same info as the earlier posts - stamps.com says electronic notification received on 1/30/12 (Tracking #9405511201080897776075) and there have been no updates since. It also says that est. delivery is 1 - 3 days.

What is the deal with stamps.com? Everything I've ever ordered from any company that uses them never updates and seems to take much longer to arrive.

I don't know but I'm looking into other alternatives right now. Might have to go back to USPS, or even a private carrier.
