I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The order shipped on 4/16, and then you emailed us on the 18th with an addition to the shipping address. The package shipped before we ever received the email. We hadn't received any emails saying your order had not arrived, so this is the first I am aware of it. I have refunded your credit card refunded for the full amount.

That order has now been canceled and your money refunded in full. We have had numerous packages to your area go "missing" in the past few months. If you would like to place a new order, we can re-ship and provide tracking on the new order.
