Did you try emailing the vendor directly? Might be faster if they only check this forum once-a-day...

But the case is too small for it ... Is there a bigger one?
Are you using an ego-t?
The problems I've run into with it. Flooded attys, yeah this sucks and no vapor and you are jonesing hard for a smoke. When you chain vape, it seems the atty is more prone to flooding. Leaking and condensation making you drink the ejuice (the juice builds up in the reservoir part of the tank where you put your mouth) and making your pocket wet and sticky. My keys are still sticky today because of this.
At the beginning of day 2 (on day 4 today yeah!), I read a lot here and eliminated all these problems. First is proper vape technique. Press the button for a second before pulling and then pull straight for a few seconds and let go the button and exhale. When I pull and take a pause or a small breath and then continue puling, this seems to exacerbate the leaking and flooding issues. Then, when I put in the tank, I match the air holes in the atty plate with the flat sides of the tank. This seems to make a difference in leaking and makes a huge improvement in vape production. Though it sucks not to have the the tank aligned straight on with the button, I got used to it.
If I am chain vaping a ton, when I finish at tank, before replacing the new one I stuff a tissue in there to clean out the tube walls and around the atty plate. Then I put a tissue on the end and blow the atty out. On day 2 when I was killing a tank in an hour and read up here on all the different ways people suggested to fix the issues, I would actually do this when i saw the liquid drop to below visible level.
This has stopped all the leaking and flooding issues I was having. Yesterday and today, I haven been able to step away from the ego-t for a bit and not be chainvaping constantly. I think today I only vaped about 4.4 ml so far. I have only done the tissue cleaning and atty blow a couple of times and not had a leak or flood issue yet.
I would actually not recommend using water or anything to clean the atty till you must (I haven't done it yet). The info on this board is conflicting on whether that kills the ego-t atty or not. And, do not drip on the ego-t atty. Tried that last night and it was a miserable failure.
Ok, let me find my post one sec.
Edit: The ego-t is a bit tricky. You may have a bad atty but there are plenty of other reasons why ego-ts leak. I should say up front, I like my ego-t, but the leaking is a PIA. I posted this last week, it may help you:
Since then I've learned a few more things. When you blow out the atty, do it from the threaded (battery side). There are arguments for blowing from both sides. However, what convinced me was a post that explained how blowing from the tank end has the potential to push the wick out.
Cleaning the atty is something I did once late last week and my atty popped after about 4 pulls. I am in the camp that cleaning an atty is not worth it unless your only other option is throwing it out. I know many people do an vodka, or coke light or hot water or whatever cleaning routinely and say they never have problems. I did a laboratory distilled boiling water clean once, let it dry for 4 days, primed it with 3 drops of juice on the battery side, put in a full tank and let it wick for an hour and did a few cigar puffs before doing a real pull, and it died. So, for me, never again.
Edit 2: Also getting these: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...vention-caps-tank-cartridges.html#post3689271 made a big difference. My ego-t tanks had the hard cap and these are the soft silicone ones. Made a big difference in leaking.
