Order Submit Delay Issue Appears Fixed

After clicking submit on order form, at certain times of the day, we were getting weird delays of 35-40 seconds, was causing double orders. I want to apologize for this. I think we have tracked the issue down (fyi- had something to do with preventing unnecessary DNS lookups from our server side with the gateway). We put the IP address in directly so this process does not have to go back and forth and I have been testing and we look like we are back down to just a couple of seconds to have an order submit.

If any of you would like to comment or let me know what your experience is when you click off on submit I would appreciate it, especially for those who order today on out. We should be back to normal.

Yes it does...you should optimally experience about 6 seconds or less...It seems to be working along those lines now...no long delays...hope this fixes it.

I had some issue Tuesday when I ordered. I had 2 packs of Phoenix's in my cart. When I was done & went to check out it reduced it to 1 and held it there for a long time. I just thought it was my connection, but it did seem to go slower than usual. Does that help?
