That totally depends where you order it from. Most of the best vendors ship out same or next day (or they have info prominently displayed on their site that tells you what their shipping lead time is). Try madvapes.com, 101vapes.com, myfreedomsmokes.com, or some of the other highly reviewed, ECF-approved vendors.
Chinese suppliers like fasttech will take a month or so, even if they ship immediately - overseas shipping and customs and such can really drag.

It depends on where you purchase it from and what shipping method you choose.
