Ordered a backup!

Well I put aside my Silver Bullet and 2 Buzz PVs after getting my ProVari January 2011. It finally gave out on me during my vacation and I found I was lost without it. Fortunately I bought the extended warranty but while waiting to get it fixed I ordered a backup one. I have dusted off my old PVs and they don't hold a candle to the ProVari IMO.

Out of curiosity, what went wrong that caused you to need to send it in? I've had one six months now and just got a backup and now feel much more secure.

Not sure exactly. The display would power up but it would not fire. My cartos measured 1.5 ohms even though they were 3 ohms. They had me flush it with alcohol but it did not work. I am sure I'll get a report when it returns. My new one is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I just ordered it on the weekend!

I got my new one and the old one back in under a week. Amazing service! Looks like they changed the display on my warranty return leading me to believe they fixed a non covered item for free for me. You can see while I stick with this company! It vapes great now.
