Hey all. Ordered a grand last night and it will be my first bottom feeder. With my provari I landed on it last so I figured I'd jump right in with the Bf.
Any tips, tricks or just good links for threads I should focus on being it's my first bf and my first reo.
Picked up some attys, some spare bottles, and have plenty of batteries so I should be ok out of the box to dive right in I think.
It would seem I have a lot to read.

Edit--- I did not order a VV grand. Just a straight up Reo Grand.. :)

Congrats! Nice choice. There are so many good threads and helpful people in this forum you will be amazed.

Now time to exercise patience while waiting and get used to the idea if consigning your other mod to ohm checking duty!

The VV part was a typo? I tought you wanted the mechanical? :)

Rob still have a few Reomizers, but you have to PM him for one, as he don't want to sell them anymore, they're not up to Reo standards.
But they are really great when they work, they just don't last that long. And it's a very nice and compact RBA.
I have a eBaron Spiral on it's way for mine.

The great thing about them they are so simple to use, you'll be good to go in 5 minutes. :)

OH MAN. This is why I shouldn't post in the morning.. YES BLIX you're absolutely correct. I did NOT order a VV.
Are there any decent Rbas other then the a7 I should look at?
I already received shipping so he's prolly packed it all up and I don't wanna bother the guy, since it specifically mentions that on the site :p

Hey PicC, saw your thread here thought I'd say Hey! If no one has mentioned it, squonking isn't that hard once you get used to it. The inside lip of the juice cup has four diametricly cut small notches in it. After you connect your atty/ carto, these notches should still be visible. Slowly and gently press the juice bottle until you see juice in those four notches, and you've squonked ! Easy as squonking, it really is !

Thanks papawbrett! I'm coming into this REO world thinking no matter what, it's the next step in my vaping journey. I gave up rebuilding originally and that's another thing I'm gonna revisit with the purchase. The attys and the cartos I bought yesterday will be the first step as I never used an atty for dripping. Completely skipped that part when I began vaping and went right to tanks. One of my major complaints with tanks was I always keep things in my pocket at work. Usually I have to tighten the tanks constantly and always worry about leaking or just ruining the 510 connection on whatever I'm using so this looks to be a better option for pockets. Squonking doesn't scare me and having a catch cup will help me learn to NOT overdue it. I've spent the past 2 days looking at what I would like from this and it comes down to finally using the reo as a tool for learning and having patience with rebuilding.. I love the look of the Reos with a7s or other things like that.
No matter what I'm very excited and wish I could just go to Bethpage and pick up my package that's prolly wrapped in a pallet :) Oh well My mailman will hide it nicely on Monday for me so here's to hoping I get home early enough to party.

MrPicC, that's a pretty bad cough you have there, doesn't sound to me like you'll be able to go in to work on Monday. Just sayin' :)

Actually I'm in bed, knee on pillows. My girl says my quad is messed up and I'm actually in a ton of pain. Sadly i have no choice on Monday pain or not and have to go.

Without a doubt but not until the Reo is here. Until it's in my hands i still feel like an outsider
