Ordered from Cignot, USPS issues/NVC/General questions

Hey, this is my first post here. I've been enjoying the great information, advice, and discussion on this forum for months, so I finally registered.
I ordered a Joye 510 kit, with PCC, no box from Cignot Oct 7th, in the evening. They shipped it the next day, on the 8th. I've been following tracking the package online all week, but the last and only thing posted is that it went through and left a sort facility in Chicago at 12:50 am on the 9th. This is first class mail, so it should have been here monday-wednesday. What should I do? I know it isn't Cignot's fault at all, but as the people who shipped it do they have a way of getting more information about it?
For the included accessories with the PV, I chose VG Marlb (USA MIX) 5ml 26mg, and PG Marlb (USA MIX) 5ml 26mg. Are these complete juices; that is, do I need to pick up anything ahead of time to use them, or are they ready to vape out of the box?
I was hoping to drop by the Long Island NVC meeting, it's tomorrow at 7 according to the NVC website. Do I need my PV to attend? (I was hoping it'd be here by now). Do I need to do anything to register, or be admitted into the club, or do I just show up?

The holiday screwed up the shipping i'm sure. good choice with the 510 and cignot.

I have no idea about vapor meetings i never went or thought about attending or looking for one.

You can mix them, or vape separately. Entirely up to you. If I were You i would order more juice pronto.
freedomsmokeusa is having a sale, but they are 30ml bottles, might not be a wise move to test juices in such large quantities. But it is a good sale. And good juice.

Also Backwoods brew Applewood tobacco and cherry tobacco are a couple of favorites.

I'm at about 3-4 cigarettes per day. I do smoke hookah on a daily basis, though.

You could try going to the post office with the tracking number to see if they have more current information about the tracking than their website has. I have had things delivered to my door when their tracking site says it's still be sorted, so their site isn't reliable as far as real time information goes. Holiday weekends does have a way of slowing them down so that could be the reason.

I wasn't aware this was a holiday weekend. For halloween? Anyway I'll give it a shot, maybe they can help. I called USPS, and they said that since it's first class mail, they can't do much as far as tracking goes, and could only tell me what the website says.

Also, does anyone know about the NVC meeting?

No, not Halloween! LOL Monday was Columbus Day. All government agencies take every holiday they can off. I miss living in Massachusetts for that reason. I didn't work for the government but any holiday that was a government holiday meant I got time and a half pay and an easy work day since we didn't get deliveries.

Haha, I'm a student so I was scarcely aware of Columbus day, as it isn't observed at my university.

Go to the meeting with or with out your gear. you will be able to meet new people, and the suppliers may give out freebies.

Call the #800 for USPS, and tell them you are missing a package (or go on their website and lodge a complaint).
If your local usps is anything like ours, they let packages sit around for days before delivering.

Your juices are 26mg -- so they will be on the super-high strengh.
They may be to harsh for your throat, and possibly nic overload. If you try them at that strenght, dont vape to much at one time.

You can get VG from walmart in the pharmacy section (near hand lotions/rubbing alcohol) section

Nic Base = 26mg
target = 18mg
Amount to create **2.6**ml --- (**Always leave .4ml empty in bottles to allow shake & mix juice)
Water added = 0% (help thins out the VG)
flavor percent = 0%

Start with a 3ml PLASTIC DROPPER bottle

26mg Nic Juice -- add 1.8ml
non-nic VG -- add .8
Shake & mix well -- then vape.


ps..--- or try it at 24mg -- lower a little at a time to see how it hits you.
Once you get the right hit -- you can make bigger bottles of that strength.

A hookah also known as a waterpipe is a single or multi-stemmed (often glass-based) instrument for smoking in which the smoke is cooled and filtered by passing through water.

The tobacco that is smoked in it -- is nicotine and tar free .

The jar at the bottom of the hookah is filled with water sufficient to submerge a few centimeters of the body tube, which is sealed tightly to it. Deeper water will only increase the inhalation force needed to use it. Tobacco is placed inside the bowl at the top of the hookah and then a foil or charcoal screen with a burning charcoal is placed on top. Some cultures cover the bowl with perforated tin foil or a metal screen to separate the coal and the tobacco, which minimizes inhalation of coal ash with the smoke. This may also reduce the temperature the tobacco is exposed to, in order to prevent burning the tobacco directly.

When one inhales via the hose, air is pulled through the charcoal and into the bowl holding the tobacco. The hot air, heated by the charcoal vaporizes (not burns) the tobacco, thus producing smoke, which is passed down through the body tube that extends into the water in the jar. It bubbles up through the water, losing heat, and fills the top part of the jar, to which the hose is attached. When a smoker inhales from the hose, smoke passes into the lungs, and the change in pressure in the jar pulls more air through the charcoal, continuing the process.

If the hookah has been lit and smoked but has not been inhaled for an extended period, the smoke inside the water jar may be regarded as "stale" and undesirable. Stale smoke may be exhausted through the purge valve, if present. This one-way valve is opened by the positive pressure created from gently blowing into the hose. It will not function on a multiple-hose hookah unless all other hoses are plugged. Sometimes one-way valves are put in the hose sockets to avoid the need to manually plug hoses

omg, and here I've been vaping 36mg like a mad man all this time. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I wonder how those people that vape straight 48mg or those that use 36mg in combination with snus, cigarettes or snuff remain alive?
