Ordering issue

So I went to order a provari and Pila charger today, and I get a odd message. Something about gateway d do not honor. I know my information was correct, and my card had funds. Anyone else have this issue? How was it resolved? I'm anxiously waiting a response from provape but dang it I want it now xD
