Ordering soon for wife's anniversary! What do you think of this?

Hey guys/gals!
My wife is wanting one of the BLU E Cigs, but I have been looking around here and it seems as though they are very unpopular. I showed her the EGO and she said that would be fine with her, but I just wanted to make sure that it is pretty much dummy proof. I know that it is suggested to fill your own cartridge. Is this pretty quick and easy? I know she isn't going to want to worry too much about preperation and a bunch of other things. Plug and play, that is pretty much what she wants. Would the Ego be a good choice then?

If this is a good idea, what else and I going to need to get going? I figure juice. Any idea of places to order that has good quality and competative prices?

Well, eGO works far, far better, no question in that. Maybe get her a pink one? lol. The difference is size....people "think" they want something small, then realize it doesn't work well, and buy something else.

I would order small bottles of juice until she finds something she likes. Every person is different on taste - literally.

Also, she may want LOW hassle smoking - so buy a box or two of cartomizers.

LiteCigUSA is $55 for Joye EGO. Better deal. And if you order tonight - it will be shipped tomorrow.

Edit: If you order from them, and I would personally, and want some juice when it arrives go with their High Caliber, IMO. I am not a fan of Dekang. it is the main Chinese supplier...

You can also buy pre-filled cartomizers. The taste may not be as good, but not that critical day one. I think people need something to puff right out of the box, especially as a gift.

I may add that you can order prefilled cartomizers from Vapor4Life in many flavors. Costs a little more to do it this way. I would recommend trying to learn to refill them if cost is an issue. I order my refillable ones from AwesomeVapor Ce2 Rev. 4 Cartomizers are the ones you want. the xlong ones look better in an ego. Keep in mind they are black. I think V4L ones are different colors depending on the flavor. The ego is really awesome. Liberty Flights has a great warranty and great service.

I started off with a kit from vapor4life which I think are the 808 type PVs, now I have a Riva 510 that is pretty much a cheaper eGo from what I have read. And I would say definitely go with the eGo over something smaller, and get some cartomizers.

OP - I would JUMP on the EGO like NOW if you want one. Those kits will be gone at that price, almost certainly before the night is out. $40 after discount. Why I bought another kit as a backup...just saying. That is dirt cheap...

Honestly, it depemds on how much you are looking to spend and just how plug n play you want it. If money isn't a big factor and your willing to spend a bit more for the convenience, the I would go for a juice fed mod. Just slip in a 3ml or 6ml (depends on which you buy) bottle of juice, throw in a fresh rechargeable battery and you are set for the day!

Ego is definitely a better choice than the blue, but you will still have a bit of playing around to do, just like any other non mod e-cig.

What everybody else said. Also, it looks like there is only a 14 day warranty at your original link. Warranty is an important part of the package.

Ok, I did it!
Ordered from Liberty Flights. Got the Ego, couple extra atomizers, pack of empty cartridges, and a few bottles of juice to play with. Still want to look for a good place for the juice though. And I guess I'll need to learn how fill them. I figure I'll be doing that.

Don't know about the mods yet...may look into that later, we'll see how this works for her.
By the way, I smoke a pipe and saw they had some some juice that is supposed to be like pipe tobacco. I couldn't resist!

The Blu works very well if you know how to use it properly, just as good as any other e-cig, there are tricks to make it work properly and good. and it will produce much vapor

OP, yes, you need to order juice... i would check Backwoods Brew to start... I have not yet ordered from them, but they are very well regarded. Keep in mind that juice is VERY subjective....

I have a tray full of juice i do not like....but others on here think it is the best think ever- just sayin.
