This is just an official post about an issue we are having with our system. It is not marking orders as shipped...and not posting the tracking numbers.

TO BE CLEAR - ORDERS ARE BEING SHIPPED... the tracking is just not updating.

yes you can send an email to CS with your order number and they can check it by hand for you.

Oh good I was about to call or email and ask what was going on. My order shows processing for 4 days now. Very unlike you guys. Normally I order, next day it gets processed, 2nd day its shipped and within 48 hours its on my doorstep (Ohio to Knoxville).

I suspect soemthing may still be amiss. I placed an order at about 6:30AM Monday morning and it still shows as "processing". I am hoping that it is in my mailbox toady, I hope, I hope, I hope

My order shipped today. Customer service said they were catching up.

Yup.

This is what happens when they release a new product we're all starved for and then we add to the barrel/cart while we're at it.

Now, I have to wait for the next shipment of CE3s, and maybe, hopefully, the newest colors of X2's will also be on the wagon train along with the other batteries that have been out of stock for a few weeks.

Prepare for the next "gold" rush, Imagine!

Day four. Got a letter of apology from CS today telling me a system upgrade is causing the delay. Still no shipment. Replied with a request for either shipment or refund. I've never encountered anything like this before with SI.

I was getting really nervous, and really low on liquid (as in less than a full day of RY4 on hand) but everything arrived today. I guess it's growing pains at SI, and given their past performance, an exception to the rule. Hope your stuff has already shipped because I don't thin you'll be satisfied with another vendor or their products.
