Origen v2 bottom feed pin

My origen v2 bottom feed pin arrived yesterday and I'm loving it with some Nicoticket betelgeuse I highly recommend getting the pin if you have the origen v2.

Agree, I think mine looks a bit goofy on my mini 2.1, but I don't care. Especially for dual coils it's great; nice deep well and AFC...

Sweet. This is how I have my coils setup. I didn't care much for the vertical coils, so I twisted the pin so it faced the other way and I would have the ends in both sides of the well.

My Origen is a V1. Are BF pins available for it? If so where? Thanks.

So how does it feed/drain ? I have a v2 but I fear the vape won't be as good as a regular bf atty because of the wells. It seems the coil can't be submerged when squonking so you have to rely on the wicks to saturate the coil.

Is the feed hole at the base or does it fill the wells ?

@cracourax: The feed hole is at the bottom of the second nut on the positive pin. The second(lower) nut is changed and has cutouts to let the juice through. The liquid will reach the coils directly, excess goes in the well - at least when the coils are in the correct place. The V2 does not drain at all.

@Spydro: unfortunately, no. The V1 positive pin is longer than the V2 pin, so the V2 BF kit won't fit.

The Origens (and an RM2) are all I am using anymore. They really are that good on a bottom feeder. But I also know of a BF enthusiast who does not like them at all. So it's the marmite thing again =)

The Origen is made by Norbert in Hungary - he used to hang out in our German forum and we were able to "force" him to do the BF kit as we wanted a bigger bottom fed atomizer with the quality of the original Origen. It worked out I suppose =)

I am glad for his success, he is a genuine character and very friendly and reactive, maybe a bit like Robert.

When there were troubles with the original V1 isolator he created them from a better material and sent every single buyer updates - free of charge and without being asked to do it.

Supporting Norbert is a good thing - buy a V2 and BF kit as well and keep your V1 for dripping - I did that myself.

I actually bought the V1 as a non hybid dripper for one of my PAPS (have a couple of Senio's that are my main ones for them). Just asked as I was thinking about some of my RDA's that might be modded for the Reo's. With the Cyclone coming and the other two in hand there is no hurry for more (although I am pondering the Double Cross Zenith V2.5).
