I am not sure about that, but I interpret them to mean that if you post at 11:38 & 11:48 then your next post can't be until 12:38 but I doubt that they will disqualify your posts unless you are blatantly trying to cheat the system.

No ... not yet, but the idea does intrigue me.

I interpret it to mean two times in an hour. So, I just make sure I don't post more than two times from 12 noon to 1pm, for example. Some hours I may post sooner than an hour, but I try not to post more than two times in any hour from the top of the hour to the bottom of the hour.

I've saved LOTS of money! Not only from making my own juice, and building my own heads and wicks, but I've kept myself on a vaping budget and haven't slipped yet.
