I use silica now...only because I haven't tried the cotton yet...but I have a feeling I will prefer it...one of these day I will try it..

I only use cotton, although I do have both silica and ekowool too. I just really like the flavor with cotton, so never use the others.

I like what a 1.5 ohm will do at 10 watts. That gives great vapor and flavor without the danger of sub ohming. Put it on the wrong mech with the wrong battery and things can go down hill fast. It isn't overly common, but it happens.
My wife is getting a Kanger Esmart kit for Mother's Day. So, I guess it would work for a birthday present.

I just ordered a trident clone from fasttech. The reviews were good so I went ahead and jumped on it. My question is a 2 parter. 1. I ordered some prebuilt wires and wicks from ft as well that are 2ohms. Will these work for my trident clone and 2. Will this work well on my vamo or do I need to get a mech

Yes, have done that but also tried them out on disposables beforehand. I know a lot of people fuss about the Blu but they are a good one to use to see if someone might just be interested in making the transition.
Sounds like he has already done that part for ya I would say to go for it. Then it will just be a matter of finding him a juice he likes.

I did like the ekowool a bit better than the silica, but didn't really use it too much because once I tried the cotton, I never went back!
After I started vaping, I gave my slightly used epuffer starter kit, with various cartridges, to a friend who wants to quit smoking.
I also have a co-worker who is fascinated with my stuff.
I was considering getting her own starter kit, but at the rate I'm going with purchasing, equipment upgrades, etc., I see myself assembling a gently used lil' kit to her!
I've got a brass Nemesis coming from Origin. It seems that most people with mechs have at least one, and I guess they all like them. The Nemesis also comes with a kick extension, so you can use an 18650 battery in them along with the kick. A kick is a little thingy you put in your mod, and it regulates wattage. I think it's something like the electronics in the VW devices.
Origin is trying to get some of those as well. If you don't get the kick, there are also fuses you can put into your mech.
I'm getting a couple of mechs just in case the government shuts us down, or makes it too expensive to buy equipment.
I only use cotton too, even though I've got a few pieces of silica, eko wool and steel mesh that came with my RBA's/RDA's.
Yeah, I think your boss would really love it if he uses Blus, and is fascinated with your stuff. Even if you only got him an Evod kit and a bottle of decent juice. I think he would probably be quite excited to try it, and really glad you were thoughtful enough to give him something better! Go for it!!!

Thanks. All the youtube videos and things ive seen on rda's they are always using mechs. if I had to buy a mech I was looking at the novice from cactys smokes
