Orion V2 roll call

Hi,

Can some one help me to find for orion v3 replacement parts (silicon positive insulator,top caps, Small metal Screw and Spring that ride on positive insulator, etc)

Here you are. Not sure of they ship to Saudi or not, but the parts are the same. I did not look for the screw. Not sure of the screw size either, it is maybe M2, or M1.4. I am sure someone else will chime in for you on that one.

Using the thread tools, you can search this thread for what you are looking for, also if not directly linked, you can then use google. Not be an .... about it, so here are some o-rings that I believe are the correct size... 1.5mm X 12mm Metric Buna-N 70 O-ring [N1.50X012] : The O-ring Store LLC - Buy O-rings Online or call us Monday-Friday 8-3 Pacific!, We make placing your O-ring order and getting your O-rings Online easy!

If you want tanks, check with bedazzled or ibtanked(sp?). They both sell tanks for the Orion, and tanks size is the same between the V2 and V3s.

Yes I do and no responding from nosmoker website and I pm him in ukvapres and he anser me that he will be able help me for 6 weeks , because He is on treatment now,

I don't think that I will wait for 6 weeks to help me to find orion replesment part.

I keep seeing the Sotong caps. Do you know where to find them? I already own an Orion and have almost bought one a few times in the classies just to get the cap.

I do not believe sotong is doing the Orion caps or the 18490 extensions anymore. When I got my V3, I asked him about it and no reply. I think he has moved into making his own mods. I'll try PMing him, as he may still have some avail... Another option is posting a WTB here or other forums. Thing is, the finish will not match unless you have access to bead blast the sotong piece or polish the Orion V3...

So basically anyone with a 490 tube and/or sotong cap has Orion gold...

Nuts, did not jump on that one fast enough.

For matching finishes or refinishing work, personally, I would just send all my stuff to cracked. He does amazing work at an awesome price aswell.

Think I got some juice leakage into the battery chamber on a 2.1. Is there a manual or instructions on how to disassemble the mod and fix this? I've never even taken the switch apart but there appears to be some discoloration when I peek into the tube.

Do you know if the V2.1 will work without the spring?
I was changing my wick for the first time and my spring shout out. Found all the washers and nut but can't find the spring. So I hooked it up without the spring and it would not fire. Then after messing with it for awhile I found out my only 18650 battery I have for it is dead.
Now I don't know if it shorted out the battery because I tried to fire it without the spring or if it was a coincidence or if it just will not fire without a spring. Anybody have any help on where to find a replacement spring at or any advice on how to make it work withot a spring?

the spring is for retention. I have heard of people just wrapping around the post. You can get springs and washers and nuts from McMaster-Carr. There is a link a few posts back for parts.

I bought a used V3 recently, great condition, wrapped the coil, nothing unusual, 32 gauge kanthal, just over 2 ohms, worked spectacular for about 2 weeks, picked it 2 days ago, resistance reads 9.9.. figured I had a short, so I re-wrapped. I still have 9.9 ohms, so I re-wrapped again, same reading. E2 error.

I am fairly new to this, but I am very much mechanically inclined, I repair things for a living.

Any ideas ? suggestions?
