MK- Lots of new 'bush' type squash seeds out now, any of those would be good in a container. Have you ever used Earth Boxes? They are da bomb!
Maybe next year..planting on a budget this year! I will look for the Bush type squash..love them in salads with cukes...Cukes! I for got them!
MK, check out your local Harbor Freight, they have a 3 light package that includes a dragonfly. Very cheap....

I definitely have a bad case of spring fever, after one of the snowiest months we've ever had. Enough already! We just got back the other day from a week in Puerto Vallarta, so that probably made things worse. I'm itching to get the Vette out of storage - we're supposed to have a "warm" spell (like 40's) for the next week, so maybe I can do that soon.

My bebe possum! It was stuck in the tiny front porch last summer when momma brought it in with her to take advantage of the squirrel food in there. I chased Momma out and Jr was so tiny and hiding I didn't see it. Later I heard it making a racket and knocking some things over...It must have found the way back to momma because I watched grow all summer and fall. The ear markings remained the same.
