OTA Digital TV off by one hour?!?!WTF?

So, my computer, my Cell and the internet tell me it is currently 8:48AM here in SoCal. My digital converter box tells me it is 9:48AM and the programing coinsides with that time line. So essentially I am getting my programming an hour earlier than I should be. Is this happening to anyone else? This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, and I cannot figure out why it is happening. How is it even possible? The time was set correctly after the time change last weekend, but suddenly yesterday it was an hour ahead. Who do I even contact about this? lol

I see the problem now, my computer was synching to time.windows.com, which evidentally went down or no longer exists. Synched to a .gov time server. All is fixed. lol Appearantly it synched the wrong time to my phone also. Man that sux, stupid technology. lol Seems like iGoogle was having the same problem, that's the only online source I bothered to look at. Good thing I had nothing time related to do today. lol

Hmm...I get redirected to here pool.ntp.org: the internet cluster of ntp servers Wonder why. Norton didn't find any viruses.
